Not sure wher to start,,,is LNB type right???? single/twin/ quad???if you have a twin/check 110.w . see if you have a signal on 110,,, may help... must have 80/90 % quality to scan,,,must see 119.0w in upper right hand corner when scan 119. if not ,you have a setting problem,,,, when I started testing dish in march,, I bought a setup CD on EBAY for 10$ american,,I still use it other rec.s I work with,,,but there's alot of help here!!!!!!!take your time and enjoy the ride,,,,,,
