I have a coolsat 6000 with the new bin 142 loaded dish pro lnb. On the front of the reciever instead of displaying the channel number the letters TV are displayed,also I get all the channels but when the guide is accessed I only get a handful of listings. could somebody help me fix the guide.

Do factory reset, setup your LNB again and rescan it

I have a coolsat5000. I lost all my keys info, how do I get them back?

Do factory reset, load factory bin (twice) and load the latest bin 141 or 142
