no signal on ppv transponders

I have all my dish settings correct and my dish is aligned correctly getting 97% on sat 110 and 94% on sat 119. When I go to manual scan and check the signal on the transponders I'm not getting signal on the H transponders which are the even numbers on sat 110w I'm only getting the V polarity which are the odd number transponders. On sat 119w I do get both H and V polarity signal. What could be the problem to correct this, any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a DP type LNB or a Legacy?
If you have a DP then your settings are correct if not then your LNB type should be Standard.

See if your switch is good and your port setting are correct

Do factory reset and blind scan it. Read this:
