frustrated!!!!!!! coolsat 6000

Somebody please help me here. I got a new coolsat 6k premium. I've never dealt with any of this b-4. I have an outstanding 96-97 quality, and level with my dish 500, but i have only got to watch anything for maybe 20 min out of the two wks i have had it. There is no info on the program guide, and every channel says "scramble channel". No matter how long I leave it there, it never comes in. I have my settings right for 110 & 119 and even entered the newest key code twice first update on the 10 and 11 bars, and second update on the 20 and 21 bars or whatever they are. Please give me some help. I'm new to this forum, so show me what it's made of.

hello, where a post a treat , iam new vip where a look for help with tech support,thank i have been spent hourrrrrr on the copm , i have two box one
extreme, view and pansat 3500, i have the new bin and the loder v2 every time the load my stb, it say sending but the progress stay at 0% (zrqinit)

A=> unzip all the files and hook up the NULL MODEM cable from your PC to the STB (Receiver),keep the STB off with the switch in the back.

B=> Open the loader 2 and click OPEN FILE, find the file you un-zipped that now end in PGM then click on it and it will go on the first line of the loader (MAIN SOFTWARE).

C=> Click on PC-->STB button,then turn the power on from the back switch of your receiver and you should see the file loading propely.

D=> WAIT!!! Do not touch anything it will load the file,After file transfer is complete the front panel will display INST for 15 seconds while it installs the software then END is displayed for about 10 seconds then go back to the last channel or 00.00, NOTE: sometime the fix will need an extra time so give it 2 or 3 more minutes before you turn the power off and unplugged the cable.

E=> Connect your wire from satellite dish to lnb input on the back of your receiver then hook up to your TV.

ok here is the answer. Scan 110, 119, 121, 148... They have some diffrent channels. But you will have extra channels that are the same so scan one bird then another make a note of witch bird you like the most. After you find the one you like just delete the channels and scan your best liked bird.
