For those of you experiencing problems with your CS6000 here is some tips to help , first try re-downloading the files, they may have become corrupted , Make sure you follow the correct loading procedures each time ,this just helps to keep the unit functioning properly, next if you have a dead box ,( wont accept any files ) , you can try whats called a forced flash , first re-download all files and the loader and unzip ,so you know you have fresh files , then load your loader with the factory bin 1.00 , connect your unit to the rs232 straight cable supplied with your unit , ( leave the power in the back off for now ) once you are ready to load , hit connect and turn the power on at the exact same time , Timing is very critical so it may take a few tries to get it to load , once you have the factory file loaded you should be able to load the newest file normally without any more problems , These are just a few tips I've picked up over the last 2 yrs and hope they can help someone experiencing problems , good luck and Happy testing
