yeah a new reciever, that model is discontinued and has hardly any support. time to move on buddy. i suggest a vs, or a sonicview.

Yes, very sorry to say but after several years of having cs products I finally gave up and bought a cw.Not got here yet but I have a cs4000,2cs5000 and I quit they were great while the support was there it just isn't for these 3 anymore.And afraid to chance them anymore in case they pull the same non-support again!

the support on the coolsat is aweful insted invest on a viewsat you wont be disapointed and the support is the best

Wouldn't say time to go anywhere else but maybe upgrade to a 7100 series or 6100. I have a 7000 and have been up for hours but my 5000 and 6000 are down. Still love my CS....hopefully your up and going by this weekend.

I have a coolsat 6000 got it 2 months ago really disappointed on coolsat. What viewsat box you got ? I want to fine a box that will have good support and last longer then 2 months lol.
