You can always find the bins you want under the downloads section in Forums.
Just use the little window at the top left of page to select CoolSat...then look for CS6000 Downloads...then look for the newest version posted. (In this case, bin 166)

If Home channel #100 (DN) works...the bin is bad. (or the keys changed, check them)
Also NASA always works on channel #213.
If these 2 channels work...but nothing else does...then the bin is down.
If they don't work...you have no signal.
Just a way to test things...

166 up on dn check settings and signal if it comes up scramble channel wait for it to catch keys or put them in manually hope this helps
