where is the support
coolsat 6000 , you would think the company would supply the bin # after all
the money we paid for these boxes.
will have to switch to a different box soon if coolsat don't get there act together...

you might as well bite the bullit and invest in another stb. Support on the cs4,5,6k isn't going to get any better.

My suggestion, isto buy another box,,but don't support coolsat,,and don't suggest it to anyone,,,and thats advice that should be given to any owner of a 4000,,5000,,or 6000,,,,good luck in whatever you get,,,and enjoy!

This has to be maybe the 100th thread based on the coolsat low end models having no support. Abandon the boxes and move on...if this thread continues like every other thread of its nature, it will be closed quick.
Suggestions - Any Viewsat, Sonicview, Captive Works or Conaxsat...If you like the IKS feature try out the Kbox or Ipro.

i got two pansats 3500s/d cheap and had to depart from my cs6000, these pansats have realy nice picture. Have no trouble with them.

the support is in they pockets is a total disrespect for cs owners just keep in mind cs 6k is 2007 edition so don't break your mind and get a viewsat or sonicview
