6000 down, BEV91, DN 110, 119. Anyone not?
I have been down for 3 weeks. Is anyone with the same set up not down? I know, I know....get a new receiver. I will but am looking for a HD PVR and they cost a bit.

Hi Folks, Is 166 is still good on CS6K if yes then can 166 also be installed on CS5K? Thanks for your answer in advance.

I guess there is still no one with the same configuration as I, that is up and running. Sure seems like the 4-6000 Coolsat section has become a ghost town

Re: 6000 down, BEV91, DN 110, 119. Anyone not?
Nothing working for DN. CS4000, CS5000, and CS6000 files are all
the same. What works for one, works for the other. There are currently
numerous bins working for BEV including but not limited to 163, 166, and
173. There is a minor issue with each. They all go to scrambled channel
every 20 minutes or so. only lasts a minute, but it can be a pain. If its
the only TV you have, I guess its bearable.
I have a problem with this. Bins are created to repair an ECM that has
been put in the stream. If that is the case why do multiple files work
for BEV and not just one. I know it makes me wonder, but not being a
computer TECH, I have no idea why.
Even if support does continue, getting a bin after you have been down
for 4-6 weeks and it only works for 3 or 4 days max is not worth it.
Time to move on and stay away from Coolsat as if it has the plague.
I personally went to NFusion in April. With the exception of two outages
from NFusion itself to set up a new server to accomodate their new HD
unit, I have only been down three times, twice for approx. 10 minutes and
the latest for two hours, but you don't have to search for bins, it repairs
itself. Love it.

Re: 6000 down, BEV91, DN 110, 119. Anyone not?
As mentioned am in the market for a HD PVR...leaning towards Viewsat. I have a friend going to the USA next week and he will be checking prices. Was thinking of going Coosat at first but these last few weeks make me think they will just discontinue another line of recievers down the road
