All but 2 PPVs are found on satellite 110 friend.
So this pretty much tells you what your problem is.
You must have lost bird 110.
As for dead or moved channels...this is done all the time, so anytime you find a dead or "Scramble Channel" display...remove old channels & scan them back in again.
