Unusual problems with rollover

Now here is my problem
1. I am using Pansat 2300a requiring x75 Bin, I was running the latest keys no problem with full compliment of channels, then all of a suddedn crash,
I went into nagravision 2 and found that rollover had occured and I was now on 00. I shut off rollover and re entered key01 and saved it. restarted the box and my program started for about 4 Min. then stopped , I returned to Nagra 2 and found that regardless the fact that rollover was off I was again on 00. I replaced it on 01 and went again to program and this time started " getting picture % loaded and then stops getting the 5 picture and sits dormant.. Any Help here ..I been scratchin, and reading all afternoon Been fun . But it's now a chalange . Mayday mayday. copout.

If you gonna put the key manualy , do not restart it, Even if the autoroll is off, most of the times it works, so do no restart it, just put the key and exit.
