missing channels on 2500A

I know I must have missed something but has anyone else been losing channels? I must have lost at least a third of my channels. I am using the latest puff file and have rescanned. I have an infusion on the same dish and while it has been a pain this week it still gets all the channels when it works so I don't think it is a dish thing.

I started with Dave and an F card. I emulated for a year, wrote scripts on H cards and then HU cards, then went to a blackbird, blackbird went south I went to a pansat and then two viewsat platinums, both viewsats fried and I went back to the pansat, then nfusion, nfusion is off this week so I am back to pansat. I should know how to set it up but when I asked, the moderator said to check my settings. Disq ports were reversed so I did factory reset, changed my settings and rescanned. This old pansat is now back up and out performing any system I have had in about 8 years of testing. Jack
