ecko 7/ku is not working!

can someone help me please i have Dish Pro with the quad LNBs, i thought the LNBs were not working anymore so i bought another one and replace it with the old one, but it still gving me the same problem. any suggestions oh by the way i know is not the box cuz i have try it in my brothers house and everuthing works ok accept in my house.

Post your receiver settings. How is the lnb's connected to the receiver, do you have a switch?

You dish is out of alignment. You need to adjust the dish. What is your Zip code?

hey i dont think the settings are the issue because i have try the box at my brothers and everything works perfectly. by the what you mean if i have switch??

Here are the coordinates for adjusting your dish.

Elevation : 34.5 Deg.
Azimuth Magnetic: 220.5 Deg (Compass reading.
Skew : 63 Deg. Looking frombehind the dish - Anticlockwise.

Good Luck. With your Disp Pro Quad you have a built in DiSEqC Switch.

You have to adjusting your dish, where ever you have it,( on the top of the roof, post, or wall) good luck.
