Wont Do A TP Scan

HI i just bought this Receiver (Pansat 2700A) from my friend Who says it has the latest bin on it. i am able to scan for satellite in smart scan mode but when it try's to scan for channels, it wont go any further then 0%. the dish was installed by a dish network installer so i know it is working fine. One more thing, for most of these satellites, it will give me 75% Level and 0% Quality. But for the others ones that gives me 99 % Quality, it still wont scan any channels. thank you for any help in advance

Post your Sat settings for us to look at. Also, what Sats are you aiming for???

i m aiming for ECHO 8.10/Ku (110 degree West) and ECHO 3/Ku (61.5 Degree West) both have same settings

22KHz OFF
DiSEqC OFF
Skew -45
TP [1] 12223 V 20.000
positioner Setting Disable
Satellite Scan FTA + Scramble
Level 82 %
Quality 99%
What else u need to know.

You are using to dishes, correct...

also it sounds as though you only have one lnb is this so?

i only have one dish (Super Dish 500) which was installed by a dish network installer. and im using only one LNB. i was trying to scan for either one of those birds. both of them find some satellites but when they start doing TP scan for channels, It would get stuck at 0% done. the progress bar keep moving but no channels are found and status says 0% done

I have tried all the scans possible, even tried restoring the factory settings using the master code 1668. nothing seems to work. all the vertical satellites have 99% Quality but the horizontal satellites have 0 Quality. when i try scanning the vertical satellite, it would not go pass 0% done. and horizontal wouldnt work at all
