SLOW Bin Download

I've posted this question before and followed all the advice i got, but nothing seems to work....Any fresh ideas?

I'm running Window Vista and using a Keyspan USA-19H USB/Serial adapter. The com ports match, all settings are at 115200 and i have downloaded the Vista driver from the Keyspan website...but, still it takes 15+ minutes for the bin to load on the stb from my PC????? What the hell am I doing wrong... I loaded this box at my buddies house once and it took all of 10 seconds... Any help would be appreciated...Thanks in advance..!!

Bps 115200
Data bits 8
Parity None
Stop bits 1
Flow control none

hmmm.. the only uncommon denominator is your pc

Someone mentioned once that a download accelerator could cause this...How can i check that and/or turn it off?

not vista compatible so try this

what i would try is unplug it then uninstall the driver then reinstall but first the files that you hit to install do this first right click on the setup.exe file (before you install) then after you right click go to properties then the tab compatiblity then check mark run as xp then go down to the bottom and check mark run as administrator then once you have both of thos check marked the hit apply then ok now you can install the drivers and then after you install the drivers place the usb to seria adapter back in and try again making sure a ports match

R there any other pansat 2700A users out there who r not up & running? Me & my friend have been down for 1 week. can only get the d*** info channels. Was getting the weather channel, angel & cnnav but not anymore. I'm almost ready to call & order service.
