61.5 bird info - ABA DSS

a buddy of mine has informed me that there are channles english based still up on this bird.
61.5 can be had via a 18" dish with a circular lnb (same as used for 119/110 birds)

no not all channles are up with the last bin.but yes,hanging a dish for this bird seems worth it,as i personly will do tomorrow.

About 15 worth anything and that includes hallmark and HMC.

just got her up and going.
sure is nice to have hgtv,halmark and a movie channle hmc.
this makes 61.5 the best bird right now imo.

I sure hate to get away from my locals at 110W, but if 61.5W is the best thing going, then I will take a look and see just like arboristman.

61.5w is good but, you also get a lot of paid programing also. I am just trying to max my FTA.
here are some of the channels I am getting.

Gurad,faith,h@htv,safe, hlm etc... If I go 123w will i get the same resovles ?

Stay with the locals. the only thing worth watching on 61 is HMC and Hallmark.

its really nice to have has much as possible.
if your limited to just 1 bird even at this time your missing out.
you can always mark your dish,then swing it and check it out.
like carp says only 2 or 3 channles worth it on 61.5(i wouldnt go out of your way buy spending money for it tho).and ya at this time of course i cant recomend buying another dish.
but its sure the best time for playing with diff birds in the sky.
i say this becuse for me i can hit a bird in like 10 mins.
for me,personly,with so few channles we have right now,i wouldnt want to be without 119/110 for locals and sirius,61.5 for a movie channle and a few others.
and 123 west for some cool stuff.
i recomend buying a dish/lnb for 123 w at anytime.i sure wouldnt want to be withought it right now.
when 110/119/82/91 are back up 100% then ya,i wont be watching the others much at all.
but hey,this is a hobbie too,so have fun guys.

dont forget its almost football season,if them locals stay up then that will put 110 back as my personal fav durring this downtime.
