Problem with new Bin v201

Anybody having problem with this new bin? Keeps going back and forth with "scrambled channel" to the channel info screen (in other words) like it wants to work, by giving you the channel info and program title, but a black picture. Then goes back to scrambled channel. Does this every minute or so, but still no picture. Same thing whether AR on or off. Never had any issues with it off, since the 2700 never had a true AR feature. But tried it turned on just to see what would happen. No Go!

Last bin was 299 and worked great till the ECM 2 days ago.

This bin file is not for the 2700a...new bin should be 300 or the testing might find an old bin that is usuable for the time being...just keep hangin

it's a different bin as its internal contents, femu, that's why they gave it a new name, V201 instead of 300 or 301 (to follow the latest 299), important is that is running greatly, perfectly, flawlessly!!!

hew bin works fine if does not work for your box do a factory reset and rescan it will work great do not even have to autroll starts right up

Nope... sorry guys. Still not working. I've tried everything from a factory reset, loading factory bin 124, reloading new femu bin, to rescanning sats, to turning the main power switch off/on numerous times, etc. I've done this for the last hour and a half.

There must be something different with why its working on some and not others. I have an original Pansat 2700a (no clone, and not converted). Dont know if this bin is for those conversions, but its still not working on my end. I'm still having the same issues with my first reply. I'm not new to this FTA business, so I'm assuming that it has to be something to do with a converted stb, or if theres some kind of other setup/updated factory bin. Any other suggestions?

Mayito... you need to be more specific. Your receiver doesnt stop flashing what???? the display... or the screen flashing between scrambled channel and the channel info screen?? If your display on the STB is flashing, you're getting the "knight rider lights". Go to the top of the download section to get the fix for that. If your having the issue with the scrambled channel, then you're having the same issue as I. We're working on that.

If your spanish speaking... we have a help section in spanish. Maybe you can get better help there.

I'm having the same problem. I get scrambled or bad channel message. I have reloaded, turned off, unplugged. I'm not new but don't know much about box except how to load. I thought maybe new bin required some different setting somewhere, but I guess I'm not alone with my problem. Maybe they will get fix that will work for us.

Yep, I've tried factory bin, factory settings, turning AR on/off, rescanning, rebooting... you name it. I've been at this all last night when it came out, then when I got home from work, been at it again for the last 5 hours!!!!!!! I'm getting ready to throw this thing out the window. I've NEVER had any issues like this before.

Some are saying the same thing over and over.... "try fact bin, load new bin, rescan channels, cold reboot, etc". THIS DOES NOTHING! Rescanning channles doesnt do anything if it wont pick up the picture. Sure you can see the DN home channels, but nothing else. I've tried reloading the same things over and over, and this is probably the 30th time doing so. Level and Quality are very good. So it has to be something with some other program, or possibly a different kind of loader. I've used the same loader for the last 2 years (v27.02). Its almost like its not going thru correctly, or not searching correctly. I've even tried using another PC and laptop. STILL NO LUCK GUYS/GALS!!

So I guess lets start withthe basics....

What's the latest upgrade, if any:
Anything thing else that needs to be added?

I agree with Gizmo. This bin was not produced by the same experts who have been doing it in the past. May as well throw away all the work we have done re-ordereing channels and grooming. This bin makes you start over.
