My Panset 3500 has no display on the front but the receiver works fine. Has anyone experienced this before? Thank you in advance CC31

Did you try a hard reboot with the back rocker switch. This will reset the STB and possible fix that issue...Turn off for @5 minutes and then power back on...

Yes I have seen that on another receiver. It is caused by a loose connection of the cable carrying the info to the front panel.
