The last few threads asking for news from Pansat have been locked.

Looks like Pansat is dead too. :-(

We have not heard anything from the Blacklist camp and have no response as to what is going to happen with pansat, right now all STB's are in the same boat and we are all just waiting to get some kind of info that we can relay to our members. Please be patient and as soon as we find out any info we will pass it on to you the members.

Yer Right Carpenter1 When they did the big switch I'll bet its really hard to get things right! Heck I'm not going to die if i dont have T.V. for awhile. I do miss all my channels But will wait and see what happens. I've got my PS-3 and love the Shooter game, I'm having fun!!

If you go back & search the rumor section, I saw something about BL & Panny in there in the last few weeks or so.
I don't know if it was real or not (poor spelling) but BL always had poor spelling???

If the rumor is real, they are working on something...

Almost 5 months have already passed and still no fix. I am admitting I was optimist , I expected that sooner or later good news come. After this period of time I begin to think that it has to be a hardware problem. Maybe non IKS receiver ( using standalone BIN ) technically is unable to handle it ? Maybe we wait for something what will never come ? So far I have tried IKS . Is really O.K.

Same here. After 1 year of B3v's switch to N3, I finally got an IKS box and it works fine. In the meantime I'm holding on to my 3500 just in case.

It's a shame that this box, which at some point was the BEST receiver in the market is now gathering dust. Perhaps, as you say, it is a hardware limitation and we might never see a standalone box working with N3. However, other brands have come up with dongles to overcome that limitation.
