b-70; tried GTRom loader and factory bin, flash failed.

I flashed this Pansat 5300 using the 367 (not 366) bin via the SC card. When it rebooted I got that 'b-70' message.
I followed the recomended 'fix' procedure, using the GTLoader program and factory bin via serial cable. Powered the receiver off via the rear panel, started the program, using the factory bin, powered up the receiver, hit the d/l button, it got to 83% and hung. I powered down again, tried it again, only got to 6% and hung.
Message was "flash failed" all three times.

I must of flashed this unit over 10 times in the past year with no issue. I did a code backup just before I flashed the bin which I don't believe I have done before. No problem that I know of at the time. Then, I did the bin flash via the same SD card. The flash showed sucessful untill the re-boot.

Now what?

Ok try the way like you where to fix the famus knight rider issue. Turn on the receiver and inmidietly hit d/l to see what happend. Try it using factory bin and factory loader

I tried it agasin with another 367 file and it worked. No idea what's going on.
If it was the first file, the card or something else.

I'm afraid to use that card again. How do you wipe the card and let the receiver reformat it??
