Quality Signal Outstanding

Hello, I 've never really had a great quality signal. Most of the time around 53to 70%. And the quality would jump around. The level was always the same around 80%. I just acquired a direct dish. I took off the old dish dish, and replaced it with the direct dish dish. Now my quality went too 99%. It's a more oval type than the old semi round. I had no idea this would work. I guess big is better yes? I just wanted to share this

you may have a ghost signal with 99% since it is rare to get that high of quality. Check your picture. You may need to tweek your dish to get a true quality reading

Yes a percentage that high may be inaccurate...90-95 is usually the best you can get. Inless you are one of the lucky. Check out your picture quality like basscat suggested, if you get great quality and are able to download all the channels of your specfic birds then just leave it.

I double checked my locals are 98% to 99% and the rest are 90% to 93%. My 42" flat never looked this good ever. So does the dish size and shape make that much of a difference?
