Trouble with New Bin Pansat 3500

I jsut loaded the new bin for the pansat 3500. It just keeps counting. Has anyone else had this problem? How long should I wait before I should try loading it again?

Check your cable and port settings?
Try to download the bin file again , extract the file using winzip and upload it to receiver. If still having problems let us know.

try to do this two things:
first verify that you load the extracted file not the compressed one and if so try loading the factory bin (B-80) first and then the 382 bin again, it should works.
