no signal

i have a pansat 3500sd works for about 2 min them it go to no singal. i know the cable is fine becouse i have a box i pay for and it works fine. I did a hard reboot, reloaded the factory file and reloaded the new bin.

how do you have it set up

I believe the settings are right because the box has worked fine for the last six months after I load a new bin file.

check and make sure the little copper wire on the inside of the end is not broke
also try grounding the dish

I don't think that any of that is wrong because the box I pay for works fine, but when I plug in my Pansat it works for about 5 minutes then goes to no signal.

I have a 3500 also and have no signal scrambled/bad channel . guess we will have to wait for new bins or keys.
