Missing WFN chanel on BEV 91

I'm missing WFN chanel on 91. I checked TP 12516 The signal is good but Quality is not lock in just run up and down.

Do a manual scan of that TP....that's hhow I got that channel when i was missing it.

After you scan it...on CW it asks

If you want to save: Yes
Delete previous: No

Not sure on the Pansat, though.

PS. If you look close enough when it's doing the scan, you can tell if WFN comes out...it should be on TV Channel list during and after the scan.
