I Try To Download New File On My Pansat5000hc
But I Can Not Do It
I Have Massage On Scren:

Can't Open Serial Port
Last Error: The System Cannot Find The File Specified

I Do Not Know What To Do May Be Some Body Can Give Me Www. Page To Read About This Problem

are you using the cable that came with the pansat. and are u using a usb to cable, your computer does have the serial port right. what com port is the loader set to its usually com 1. and have you followed all instruction carefully. is the reciever power on or off. answer these things and you will get a better answer.

Serial Port Com1
And I'm Doing Every Thing Like Before
I Have This Receiver For 3 Years And With My Old Computer Never Have This Problem

and did you first extract the file from the compressed zip folder?

And I Did Extract Onzip File

What I Have Different Now
I'm Using Adaptor Because My Connection On Usb Cable 9 Female Pin And My Computer Tower Have 15 Female Pin So I Bought Male Adaptor To Connect My Receiver To Computer May Be This Is A Problem
