when loading channel lists.....heres something to remember....

when programmoing VIA Cable Modem, use a channel list file in .bin format

when using the HD to upload instaed of cable modem, rename the channel file by adding a .DAT extension to it (example...if you have a list named chlist12-26 then rename it to chlist12-26.DAT and done)
