let it sit on a channel for up to 5 minutes to let keys roll.do you no what dish you have and lnbs? in your set up menu what did you select for lnbs, and are you selecting tp -12224 for 110 and 12239 for 119?

Try enabling the patch like snakebite suggest and also what is the latest file on the unit.

dont see Inbs info anywhere, how do I find out that info. and for channel 19 there is no 12239 for that number is skipped, there is quality and strenght and the tp is set 12224 also

you must have a setting that is not matching equipment ,for instance lnb-standard and are you getting lock on both sats ,when you select 119 is it also comming up on screen locked on 119? and the same for 110 ?
