Did you try to scan, that should bring them up.

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
Hello and welcome, if you look in the menu system you should see a spot to autoscan. If that doesn't work let us know and we can try a few other things.

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
 welcome to abadss claudia929, just do a factory reset on your menu and then go to antena set up and set your sats,while you are there after you got signal pres the red button on your remote and scan,do this for as many sats you are aming; if you only getting dn just do it for 119, and 110

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
how exactly do you do a quick scan...i went into main menu and it starts with installation, and i dont see a quick scan anywhere.....I went into channels and it asked me to reset the channels and it took them out and now it reads no channels. im in the satellite menu and i found a satellite with strong signal and sounds are coming out so assume thats the sat i want to be one right? im just trying to recover how to do this...sorry im new to this. any help will be appreciated. (just need, step by step on how to recover my channels).
Claudia =)

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
Go into menu, select installation, then go to antenna settings. you will see your sat at top right and at bottom of screen 4 colors that have the type of scan next to them. use your remote to choose the color button for the type of scan, you should either the blind or auto.

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
Okay did the scan but got only a few channels not what I had before maybe like 30 channels.=(
My sats are set to 119 & 110, I have the city selected to Los Angeles which is the closest to me. Can I be missing a step? Then after i get the channels set would i dowload the file to be able to get the programs I want to watch?
Thanks =)

Re: cw600 chanels erased accidently
you should get a lot more than that, did you scan both sats? you may have to scroll to you sats and scan them individually. make sure your signal and quality are good on both when you bring them up to scan.
