600s no boot up
I have a cw600s when you plug it in and turn on the rear switch the red indicator light comes on but the unit will not go through its boot up function Please Help

this is not my unit I am trying to fix it for a friend if by chance they loaded the wrong file and the unit is frozen were would I send it to be fixed or can it not be fixed

how can I install this when the unit is frozen only the red power light comes on and it will not except anything

dID you get it fixed, I have the same problem on mine and I have not being able to do anything with it.
