This is the new Universal Captiveworks remote that will be sold seperatly to control CW600S, CW600S Premium, CW-100R recorder, CW-800

probably about $20-$25 bucks I am being told and will be available hopefully in in 1-2 weeks in the market

thats the biggest down fall with the captivworks,their remotes.
they don't understand the epg button needs to go by your thumb up by the ok button and should not be so small and out of the way.same with the info button.
these are buttons used most often,yet they place them out of the way on their remotes.making you toss the remote in your hand,to place your thumb by the button,or using your other hand to press the buttons.
what a pain lol
other than that,they are great stbs.

They should make it like the sonicview 4000 remote, that's very hand friendly.

I have a Logitec universal control that is programmed thru the PC and will control all your electronics. Expensive, but if your upgrade your box or purchase a different one, your Logitec investment will do.
