My Captive Works 600s wont load any bins.

For some reason, my Captive Works 600s wont load any bins.
I keep entering the new keys and still nothing happens.
I did the factory default, turned on autoroll and then tried to load the latest bin and still I keep getting scrambled channels.
I followed step by step instructions for loading bins and the loader doesn't load the bins.
I click start and after I click on the correct bin and nothing happens.
The percentage completed meter doesn't even move.
I've tried it in boot mode and in standby mode and nothing happens.
Can someone please tell me if there is anything else I can try?

I just loaded mine a couple of hours ago and it worked good. I didn't have
any luck using my laptop but when I used the 9 pin cable to my desk top
it worked great. Make sure you turn the auto roll on and have the correct
satellite settings. Also make sure you are using the correct Com port, I
followed the instructions in the help section and used the standby mode.

I've tried everything.
I can't get the loader to do anything when I click start.
I followed the step by step instructions and I cant get the loader to load the bins.
I've tried clicking on all the different ports but that doesn't work either.
How can I make sure that all the pins are correct? I dont know what that means.

Also, I dont know what happened,but for some reason all of the provider names in the Nagra 2 menu have dissappeared.
I dont know how to get them back.
I dont know if that would have anything to do with the keys not working or the channels not coming in or not.

Hold your ON button on the front of your receiver you will see BOOT mode, let go and click start on the loader for the bin. it will load.thats the trick with the captiveworks 600S.

Turn the rear switch off.
hold the front power button while you turn rear switch on.it will read "boot"
let go of front button now.
load your bin.

I just wanted to say Thanks to all of you guys that are helping me.
I haven't tried the recent suggestions, but whether it works or not, I wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate all the help.
Even if your helping other people I still learn alot from reading all the other posts.

I have a same problem with my CW 600s. I download v1.06 & v1.07 loader but still I can not load any file into my receiver.

If you guys are using a usb to rs232 adapter make sure you install the driver for the adapter..
