Bev 72.5 and 101 help
I have a CW600S std receiver and two DTV Dishes, one pointed at 72.5W and one pointed 101W.
The CW600s meter reads 100% strength and 80 to 90% quality on the different transponders but it will not list channels nor does it show that it has locked on the sat.
I am using 11250 freq and OSD as type. any help would be appreciated.

Re: Bev 72.5 and 101 help
B3V remains down. You will not get any channels from any B3V sat.

I realize that they are down, but shouldn't I still be able to scan the channels and create a channel list?

Bev is 91 & 82 not 72 & 101! should still be able to scan sat for channels if you are on the right birds

Re: Bev 72.5 and 101 help
Totally missed the sats location.
72.5 and 101 are DirectTV sats.
Do as Wayne said and point your dish to 82W and 91W to get BEV

Re: Bev 72.5 and 101 help
My DirectTV rec. says it is sat 72.5 and 101A and receives the channels, I want to use the CW as a third receiver in the rec rm. I did try scanning as 82 and 91 with no results either.

You cannot access DirectTV with these receiver.
You'll need to install another dish and configure your CW to catch BEV's 82/91
