Low output Voltage on CW600s/p
For the last several months, I have tried everything, lots of reading, and searching, but unabled to find a resolution to my issue.
I have three recievers, Pansat 3500s, CW600S, and CW600SP. They connencted to the DP34 pointed to 110 & 119 (DP) and 91. On Pansat 3500s, I do not have any issue, but both of my CWs had problem when scaning Nimiq91. I am missing lots channel such as VUs, Venus, Nasca, and etc.
After months of trying and I realized that these channels show in the Radio instead of TV. I have read several threads and they were saying something about if there's a commercial or blank program when I scan, the recieve will see these channels as a Radio. Some said, I just need to keep scanning especially do the scanning on Sunday as it has more channels open, but I do not seems to get those channels back.
I do not have issue with my Pansat. The problem is ONLY on my CW600.
I had tried loading Factory BIN several times already and that doesn't seems to help.
Updated:
After several on this issue, I decided to pickup a voltmeter and measured the IF input to see how much power I got out of it. Surprisely enough, I have only ~2.5volt DC on both Horizontal and Vertical TP.
Then, I measured the Pansat 3500s IF Input, I got 13v/18v DC.
So is this meant that both my CaptiveWorks 600s and 600SP are bad?
