Re: why can I get all the channels
just curious, are all the channels that are missing on the same sat?
i also would double check your antenna settings and make sure you have the correct transponder frequencies.
as above, is your quality over 70%?

Re: why can I get all the channels
Those are all 119 channels. As Haz said check your TP settings. You could also rescan the bird.

Re: why can I get all the channels
your settings are probably just incorrect buddy.
you will need to post your hardware dish/lnb/switch type and your current settings to really get the correct help your after.
once this is known, the boys will be able to narrow down the problem 99.9% for ya.
also you will be doing "auto" (sat scan called in some units) for nimiq and echo birds.
blind scan is for digging up wild feeds on fta birds.

Re: why can I get all the channels
CaptiveWorks CW 600 S & P only have software blind scan. These receivers do not have hardware blind scan. That means the transponder info is already loaded into the receiver and will not be changed by doing a scan. You must enter the receiver's menu, find edit TP and manually enter the TP info. CaptiveWorks has some missing channels and they have not created a new .bin file to fix it. It will be up to you to enter the missing channel info. Pansat 2500A has hardware blind scan and can find and enter any missing channels doing a scan of a satellite. Sorry, CW 600's don't have this.
