I can not get both satellite 119 and 110 at the same time...?????

Hi....I have a dish network 500 dish with 2 single LNB's...cw600s receiver..I can only get satellite 119 or 110 whichever one I load first...I get a good signal and quality strength...anywhere from 80 to 100...I also changed diseqc switches....can anyone help....Thanks

what settings do you need?...I have the receiver set on LNB freq 11250.....lnb type normal...diseqc is 2 for satellite 119 and 3 for satellite 110....auto roll is on....S/W ver is v1.79...what else would you need?....Thanks Edwinsao

change 119 to port 1, 110 to port 2, dish type to OCS/DP

OK Whirley....I can set the diseqc to 1 and 2 with no problem....but where do I go to set the dish to ocs/dp....

That would be LNB type

Give it a try, Write your settings down cause you will lose them

ok....tried it....still not getting satellite 110....I think I might not be on that satellite even though I am getting a good signal from somewhere....but I am getting satellite 119...( I Think it is 119 anyway...getting programming from there)...how can I tell if I am on the right satellites?...sorry for all the trouble...

Look on the right page of your antenna settings, top right, what ever sat it says there is what you are pointing at,

If you have 119, 110 is very close. Try skewing(rotating) your dish slightly

You may need to adjust your dish just a little to get the other bird.
