then the white button on the bottom of your remote should work. are you facing it torward the reciver

if you dont have a a learned remote you more in likely have a 600s reg. try toturn the reciver off from the back, wait a few seconds turn it back on let it reboot and then try it

Does The Remote Have Captiveworks Print On It??? I Have Not Seen A Remote For Fta That Doesnot Have Stb Button On It?? Are You Jokeing Or Are You Serious That There Is No Button On The Remote That Saids Stb.a White Button Locate Under The Mute Button. Do You See The Mute Button.
