Give us your dish/LNB type and settings. Check your quality/signal , should be 70% or more

Re: some channels still scrambled
On your antenna setup page you should have something like:
LNB Type
LNB freq
TP Freq
Diseqc 1.0
Can you give me those numbers you have

Re: some channels still scrambled
Try these if you have a 1000:
LNB Type-OCS/DP
LNB freq- 11250
Diseqc 1.0--Port 1 for 119
Port 2 for 110
Port 3 for 129 or whatever you have
TP frequency -12224

Re: some channels still scrambled
I still think your settings are off. Try changing LNB type to standard, LNB freq is 11250, TP freq for Echo 7 is 12239 and I think 12224 for Echo 6 . Are you running througn=h a switch or going straight from the dish to the receiver. If you are using a switch, Echo 7 will be Port 1 for Diseqc 1.0 and Echo 6 will be Port 2. If no switch, then Diseqc 1.0 would be none. Get your settings right according to what I have given you. If it doesn' work then change LNB type to try all other settings.

Re: some channels still scrambled
If things are not working out, let's try something else. Make sure your A/R is on if you are running cardless. Check your keys, if they are not correct and A/R is not keeping right , put keys in manually
