Help!! repeat channels...

Have a problem with my CW600 system. I have a channel that has copied over other channels. It has done it over three channels. Is there a way to reset the channel list to get all the regular channels back again?

absolutly there is...

First you will want to go into your menu, under antenna set up and write down all of your settings, then find the factory reset area in your stb, and do a factory reset ... it will ask for the pin code for this over ride... chances are it is 0000 of four zeros.
when your system reboots ..go again into your menu...antenna setup and set your antenna settings as they were before you did the factory reset...
use sat scan or advanced scan im not sure on your particular machine for both echo 7, and 8.1...
this should fix all of that for you

when you first write down your antenna settings... you will want to pay attention to echo 7,8.1 if your pointed a dik network

I did all of the above. My scan options are Auto, Network, Blind or Transponder....which one of these do I choose? Thank you for your help

Dont foeget after that to enable the patch F1000.

I followed the steps but it seems as if the scan did not work because now the channels are all screwed up and only certain ones are avaliable. I'm not sure what went wrong. Is there a default setting that would work with the satellite.
