Unable to load bin file

I downloaded the new bin but am unable to load it onto my CW. My channel is locked up and says scrambled channel and i've tried to get it into boot mode as well. Any suggestions on what else I can do to try to load it?

haha never mind right as I posted it I got it to work.

What I had to do was turn it off in the back. Then when I flipped the switch I waited until it was turning on and was quickly hitting channel up to have it show signs of life. When it finally allowed me to change the channel after a couple of switching back on and offs i hit power and was able to turn off the receiver.
