wont boot up

I am running a cw 600s when turned on the boot starts then the window goes blank with the red light on, if i do a hard boot and try to load it, it will start for a sec than stop showing 001 in the window if i keep on trying it will then show a e001 and sometimes a J and locks up i have tried to load it with another cw600s using master and slave 444 nothing works. Is it time to send it to cw for repair or does someone no how to fix. Thank You

is it a 600s premium or a reg 600s?

cw 600s not a priemuim

try turning on back switch and press off button on remote and try tto load that way

do this with lnb cable disconnected(disconnect with back switch off)
