Captive Works key help

I am sorry, but, I need some help. I have a Captive Works 600s, and I try to install the keys. when I press page down nothing appears. I do not see where I can enter the keys. When I could see the key display/edit screen, there were only one line of 8 fields not two lines of 8 to equal 16. I am new to all this, so I am lost and the book is not much help. Does the factory defaults have any preset settings that would allow me to start over?

if you have a computer it is a lot easier.Find the loader 1.05 or 1.06 and then dowload the bin file 1.35.This should help you.Good luck BELANGER.
