Help Please!Screen says "no channel"
I have a Captive Works 600 box...last night the picture froze, the box rebooted by itself and now the screen says "no channel"?? The box shows channel 0000 and you cannot change the channel-not even with the remote. Does anyone know what is going on with my receiver?

Re: Help Please!Screen says "no channel"
Hey i'd try unplugging the receiver for 5 or so minutes, if that doesn't work try reloading the most current bin via null modem cable and lastly if neither of those works reload factory file via null modem cable.

Re: Help Please!Screen says "no channel"
Ok..I am not real good with this...I went to CW600 and downloaded the Factorybin that was submitted by carpenter1. When I try to load it, it says this is not a software file. What am I doing wrong?
