Snakebite
What is the exact hook up from the port 119 port 1 & 110 port 2 to the SW21 switch I am not on the roof yet but if I have it written down before I head up there I will be in better shape so if you will go from port 1 & 2 to the SW21 switch step by step for me please so I am hooked up correctly and I can hit the signal from there since I already hit 119 at 98%

Re: Snakebite
Use 119 to sw-21 dish 1 & 110 to sw-21 dish 2.

Re: Snakebite
If you got 119 at 98% quality already I would hook the 110 directly to the lnb(without switches) first. Get good quality on that one also & then hook up switch. Be sure to power off stb at back switch before making any connections.

Re: Snakebite
take the sw21 switch out and go to your disque switch (should've come with your receiver) with 119 to port 1 and 110 to port 2 and run another cable out from disque switch where it says to receiver into the receiver and you should be good

Re: Snakebite
probably a sw21 switch up there with your dish and lnbs. remove it and run cables direct from lnbs to disque switch that came with your receiver (not sw21 dish switch) and then another cable to your receiver

Re: Snakebite
119 to sat 1 110 to sat 2 and out to your receiver and yes it replaces sw21 switch. theres no switch at your dish is there? also before you do that turn off back of receiver

Re: Snakebite
BETEL the reason I mentioned to remove switch & hook directly because this eliminates switch issues & once you get good signal hook everything back up to the switch. But if you get it going threw the switch, great.

Ok I got it but this meens removing the lnb from the dish 2 times and this could cause loss of signal each time for both 119 & 110 this is why I questioned that method but heak I will try anything at this point LOL

So to use the switch here correctly is to hook port1 to 119 port 2 to 110 and the line to television to the out port and go from there correct? Is that right?
