New and Lost...Captive Works
Hi, I am new and totally lost. I have the CW-600S Premium Captive Works, hooked it up and can get a picture, satellite is set right... but don't know where to go or what to do to update the software in the box? Please Help!

Hello and welcome. We can provide all the tech help you could ever need, but to be able to download files here you would need to upgrade your membership. To load files to your receiver you need a loader program and a serial cable and you would use your computer to update the factory files etc.

Hey there 
Welcome to ABAdss!
To get yourself going, you are ging to want to make sure you have all of the right tools. At this point there are three main tools you require, you need a loader, that helps you load files from your PC onto the 600 and you need the latest software file.
Both of these are available here:

However, you are going to want to get a Membership here so you can access all of the technical support, files, manuals and guides you'll need to have a first class FTA experience.

after all is properly loaded, make sure you enable the patch...push f1 0000, one step people sometimes forget.
