nFusion or CW650 isn't a bad one either. I have had no problems. And allways have a backup..

I think its time to look into the Skyview Max 2000. Their new coder Teamsky has been putting out solid supprot for over a year and no freezing for 3 weeks now , anyways think about upgrading

Actually I'm not that upset about the recent round but...what I'm worried about is that the patches don't fix anything...I don;t have a huge problem with freezing what I have is the sudden disappearance of most of my channels - including all my soccer channels which is why I have the dish in the first place.

Any thoughts....or is there another BIN coming down the pipe?

did you put the new bin on that was released 12 hours ago?

captive works receivers sometimes need a hard reboot , turn the back switch off for a minute or on and then turn it back on.

Well did all that...got some channels back but still really thin compared to last week...lots of EPG stuff missing too

Make a list of the channels you think you are missing, then go to www.lyngsat.com and make a list of the TP's those channels belong to and then add and scan the TP's for those channels one by one.

sorry what's a TP? And there are so many channels...Setanta, Fox Soccer Channel not to mention Xtasy, Fresh, Penthouse, Playboy etc...some of the PPV are up, many are not it would take hours just to figure out what's missing from memory....
