Trouble with cw600s
I had the green screen and did a factory restore. After that, I scanned sats 110, 119 and 61.5. I organized them by Dish (SID) and downloaded the 2009_01_22 bin, but I still get the "scrambled channel" signed on every channel. WHat am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Re: Trouble with cw600s
Thanks for that one... I did not know about the F1 and 000. Talk about feeling dumb. I tried for 48 hrs to find the problem on my own, to no avail, and the solution was THAT simple. If you guys feel charitable enough... I still have 2 problems:
1) When I scan the satellites (110W, 119W and 61.5) i get most, but notall the channels I used to have. For example, PPVs usd to be like 25 channels, now I get 3 or 4.
2) Most of the channels scanned appear with the 3 or 4 letter symbol assigned by DN (TNT,USA) and get organised by DN number after I did the SID, but a lot of channels appear as "prog 215", etc....
thanks
P.S: How do I turn Autorroll on?

Re: Trouble with cw600s
Press tha Sat button on your remote. Arrow down to Echostar Package and OK. This will set your channels in Dish format...

Re: Trouble with cw600s
OK... Thanks for the prompt response... I assume that that will convert the "prog 231" to something like HBOW... Am I correct?
I also forgot something : how do I get to set up my locals?
I know I'm a pain, and I'm not asking to be spoonfed.... just show me the correct forum or post and I'll read the whole thing.....
thanks again

Well worth the investment.
