cw600 help
I had sky view box got converted to CW and just yesterday lost satellite signals and all of the channels all I see on the box is 0001 channel and nothin else. Is there a chance to recover the box? or if i buy new up to date box do i need to mess around with satellite pointings and what not? please help

Hello and welcome to ABA... what PG14 said,,,,, and if you get new stb you souldn't have to reset dish unless it's been moved by the weather

unfortunately i don't know anything about the settings since i cant find the guy who installed the unit for me but one thing I know that the dish did not move. So please help and guide me

Well power down with back switch & then make sure your conections are tight, in the house and at dish, then switch back on ... let us know

thanks in advance for trying, went to menu -installation-edit satellite it gave me the list which all reads as C_Galaxy1R 133.0 Wand its numbered as 1,2,4,6,8.....till 48
