factory default
i did a factory default on my cw600p and now when i search a sattelite i get a message that says no channels. there is nothing for epg as well. can someone advise?

make sure in your antenna setup your settings are the same as b-4 you did the default. then scan the satellite

are you searching for true fta?.,.,because neither DN(110w, 119w) nor BEV(91w) is working on your unit. sorry.

If you don't tell us what sat you are scanning or looking for, it makes it hard to answer your question. "Please advise" is pretty vague. Be very specific what it is you need.
The answers below are ALL valid, but until you tell us the sats you're looking for.......
We want to get you up and watching TV, but we need your help.
What are your current setting for the sats you are looking for??
Or are you hoping the CW will work on DN/Bev by doing a factory default??

DON"T DO FACTORY DEFAULTS(because evey time you do, you have to redo your settings). Do you have a motor??
