get it to boot mode and load the prem up grade i did the same thing and i got lucky try it you have nothing to loose

hold the power key in the front turn power on in the back,
boot will be on, lode you new file or any old file.
worth a try.

wow - finally got it to work!!!

after several attempts to do everything - it finally worked doing the clone which i had already tried -
didnt show anything on the box that was messed up - but it worked!!!! whoohooo

111 ---- Transfer S/W
222 ---- Transfer data
333 ---- Transfer data, then S/W
444 ---- Copy whole flash except Boot Loader.

5) After finishing inputting the password. Transfer will begin. When it finish, the LED will Display "-End". Disconnect the cable, start your receiver.
Note: By the different password, you can do what ever you want to do for Box to Box.

a normal running unit yes.but not for this.

I did load wrong file my box do not boot anymore I used on/off many times still dead please help

My Brother has a 600 prem, He loaded the 600 relgular file onto it and now its dead. Funny thing is my friend who has the same box did the same exact thing the same day. I dont know anyone with another Prem to clone it, and I dont know anyone with a serial port, Is there anyother way to bring the dead prem. box back? I figured I'd ask if there's a new way since all the comments is from a while back. Thanks.
