load a 600s regular bin to your premium and box now dead? get help here.

Even after all the warnings, my dumbass still installed the fix for the 600S on a 600S premium. Now I can't get the box back to the standby mode to correct my mistake. It keeps trying to boot and will not take any other command. Is there another way to clean out the program and start over?

My buddy did load the receiver originally for me. This was my first attempt (with a major screwup of course), so I think I will have him run it again tommorrow with his laptop and hope it is a problem with my PC to receiver connection.

i found this,also added to sticky:

I disabled com1 in device manager leaving the null modem cable connected, re-enabled com1 and everything worked fine. It also happened to a friend of mine and I did the same thing and it also fixed his problem. I hope this helps someone else that may have the same problem.

I tried every power on/off and bin/loader file available, nothing. Finally on my last try before tossing it, I cloned it off another receiver and in two minutes, perfect. There is your answer for future problems.
